Single-Execution Tasks: Each of the following tasks must be completed once.

Friend Accountability Coach on Instagram: Connect with your assigned coach via Instagram.

Attend Orientation Class: Participate in the introductory session on January 25th, 2025, at 12 pm.

Watch Nutrition Guide Video: View the instructional video in the challenge group's announcements section.

Take Before Photos: Capture photos before your first class.

Take After Photos: Capture photos during the 6th-week weigh-out meeting.

Leave Google & Facebook Reviews: Submit reviews after completing the 6-week challenge.

Attend Three & Six-Week Meetings: Meet with your accountability coach at the designated times.

Lose 6% Bodyfat or 8.5% Body Weight.

Repeated Tasks:

Weekly Weigh-In: Attend a weekly weigh-in session before each class.

Post Grocery Pictures: Share photos of groceries each week in the challenge group using specific hashtags. (#TEAM[Color] and #Week[Number]).

Attend at Least Three Classes Per Week: Attend a minimum of three classes each week, with the option to attend more.

Check-in on Clipboards and Social Media: Complete check-ins on clipboards during class, and use three specific hashtags on your Instagram posts every class.
