Our Mission

We know changes don’t come easily so we don’t give up easily. There is fight in this family. The KickHouse fam is passionate about constant improvement so if you’re ready to make changes. We’re ready for you.

All of the KickHouse workouts are rooted in kickboxing with additional fitness flare in each class type. Whatever class you take, you’ll leave KickHouse feeling empowered, confident and ready to take on the world!

OUR CLASSES

KickHouse offers a variety of kickboxing classes that are accessible to beginners as well as more advanced athletes. This “all fitness levels” approach is executed by knowledgeable coaches who give you exercises that work for YOU!

Regardless of which type of kickboxing class you sign up for, your coach will be with you every step of the way to ensure you get a great workout and get results!

What Should I Wear?

Get ready to sweat! Most women wear tank tops and leggings whereas most men wear t-shirts and loose-fitting shorts. Before class you will remove your shoes, so no shoes or socks are required.

How soon will I see results?

Everybody and every body is different. On average, after 30 days of attending 2-3 classes a week, you will start to see and feel changes while increasing your overall strength.
